Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We process all domestic orders within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.


Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund, excluding any shipping fees.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Securely package the item(s), preferably in the original packaging.

  2. Ship the return to the address provided by our Customer Support team.


Refunds

Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the item you would like instead.


Shipping

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
